The Portfolio, Pipeline and Platform Management Workshop drills deep into these interrelated topics, with particular emphasis on how organizations build capability and gain notable benefits quickly. The afternoon of Day 2 will focus on how to bring these learnings back to your organization. From his 30+ years in New Product Development, Paul provides insight and learnings on techniques and tools — from basic to enterprise-wide — that you can leverage. This session will also feature a special portfolio management technology solution demonstration by Carrie Nauyalis, Solution Market Manager and Evangelist for Planview’s New Product Development market. Carrie has been with Planview for more than 15 years, and is an active blogger, public speaker and MBA guest lecturer on all things Product Portfolio Management.
