To make the master class land, Adept works under confidentiality — your NDA, not ours — so our experts can engage with topics proprietary to your company. Preparation starts with interviews of product line contributors and likely participants, augmented by study of your documents and current approaches. Findings are confirmed with your workshop liaison before any tailoring begins.

  • Tailoring of deliverables over several days, built from the interviews and document review
  • Thirty minutes of participant preparation — short videos, articles, and blogs shared a few days ahead
  • Onsite: one full day at your offices. Online: two sessions of 2–2.5 hours across a week to ten days
  • Your preferred meeting platform or Adept’s — recording allowed, chat and Q&A monitored throughout

Follow-through

The workshop ends. The shift doesn’t.

Roughly two weeks after delivery, Adept surveys participants on their takeaways and how these may influence the line’s performance — then presents the compiled results to your product line team in a one-hour web meeting packed with insights, questions, and answers. The orientation shifts from understanding product lines as systems to gaining benefit from that understanding.
