Frontier Master Class

Managing and Growing Product Lines as Complex Adaptive Systems

An in-depth, 2-day master class — the foundation for truly exploiting AI and AI agents in the enterprise.

It’s not about automating what you do. It’s about changing what you do.

  • Sept 16–17, 2026 — Ponte Vedra Beach, FL

  • Oct 6–7, 2026 — Atlanta, GA

  • Nov 11–12, 2026 — Orlando, FL

  • Jan 13–14, 2027 — Ponte Vedra Beach, FL

Critical Topics

What the two days cover

  • Product lines as complex adaptive systems: archetypes, parts, forces, and dynamics

  • Platform-levers, chain-link affordance, and multi-generational moves

  • Jobs-to-be-Done and verb-based market segmentation

  • Where AI and AI agents actually change the work — not just automate it

  • Governance, decision flow, and portfolio memory

  • The Constructor: holding congruency and assemblage as one motion

  • The Accelerating Learning Loop: lap time, velocity, and loop maturity

  • Transformations, strategy pivots, and roadmap recasts

  • ConstructorOne™: operationalizing the Constructor with agentic AI

  • Corporate innovation under uncertainty: complexity as your enabling constraint

Key Learnings

What you’ll leave able to do

  • See — and manage — your product line as a complex adaptive system

  • Take up the Constructor role: hold congruency and assemblage as one motion

  • Integrate top-down business strategy and bottom-up know-how into product-line strategic moves

  • Find and release the systemic bottleneck (rarely about resource limits)

  • Surpass the limits of project and product-portfolio management

  • Define superior platform-levers, chain-link affordances, and system archetypes

  • Run the Accelerating Learning Loop to shorten lap time and raise velocity

  • Point AI and AI agents where they change the work — using ConstructorOne™ as the model

The Frontier

The Constructor, AI, and Agents

Most “AI for product management” amounts to automating the work you already do. This class starts somewhere else. You’ll build a deep, working grasp of the Constructor — the role in a complex adaptive product line that holds congruency (reading the system for fit) and assemblage (building it forward) as one continuous motion. Then you’ll see that role operationalized with agentic AI.

Using ConstructorOne™ as a worked example, we show how a team of AI agents runs inside the product line’s Accelerating Learning Loop — sensing fit, surfacing risk, holding portfolio memory, and shortening lap time — under real enterprise conditions. The point is not a faster version of the old operating model. It’s a different operating model — and the reason AI becomes genuinely transformative rather than merely efficient.

You’ll leave knowing where, specifically, to point AI and AI agents in a large organization: what to change, what to stop doing, and what only a Constructor-shaped operating model makes possible.
