Managing and Growing Product Lines as Complex Adaptive Systems

When: Oct 6–7, 2026 (Tuesday–Wednesday), 9:00 AM–4:30 PM  |  Where: Atlanta, GA

An in-depth, 2-day Frontier Master Class. It’s not about automating what you do. It’s about changing what you do.

This master class delivers a working understanding of product lines as complex adaptive systems — and of the Constructor, a powerful enabler that both builds the product line and holds it fit with the organization. It is the thinking that changes (almost) everything about how mid- and large-sized companies develop, manage, and grow their product lines — and the foundation for exploiting AI and AI agents for genuine advantage, rather than merely automating yesterday’s work.

Participants learn how to…

  • Position purposefully — for greater customer advantage and competitiveness
  • Focus functional roles and responsibilities to maximize product-line gains
  • Build responsive roadmapping capability
  • Target impactful innovations — rather than screening ideas to find them
  • Amplify operational effectiveness across the line

Critical topics

  • Product lines as complex adaptive systems: archetypes, parts, forces, and dynamics
  • Platform-levers, chain-link affordance, and multi-generational moves
  • Jobs-to-be-Done and verb-based market segmentation
  • Where AI and AI agents actually change the work — not just automate it
  • Governance, decision flow, and portfolio memory
  • The Constructor: holding congruency and assemblage as one motion
  • The Accelerating Learning Loop: lap time, velocity, and loop maturity
  • Transformations, strategy pivots, and roadmap recasts
  • ConstructorOne™: operationalizing the Constructor with agentic AI
  • Corporate innovation under uncertainty: complexity as your enabling constraint

The Constructor, AI, and Agents

Most “AI for product management” amounts to automating the work you already do. This class starts somewhere else. You’ll build a deep, working grasp of the Constructor — the role that holds congruency (reading the system for fit) and assemblage (building it forward) as one continuous motion — then see it operationalized with agentic AI, using ConstructorOne™ as a worked example.
