Network effect

The network effect is the exponential creation of value by two or parties who operate independent of a company. The network effect is commonly associate with ecosystem platforms. Value creation grows exponentially because with each additional platform participant.  It reacts a self-fulling feedback loop of value create. The more people join, the more value provided by the platform.  The more value of the platform the more new parties want to participate.
