Cultivation Team

The internal team — typically led by a senior architect — responsible for the day-to-day work of cultivating the Constructor. Distinct from the Governance Team, which governs the cultivation through the HITL Interface but does not perform the cultivation work directly. See also Senior Architect, Governance Team.
