A lowercase descriptor that travels across all five Constructor roles: each role speaks for the line’s actual state against the senior team’s assumptions. It is not a role name. (The early-draft role names “Ombudsman” and “Guardian” are retired; their work now lives with the Aligner and the Guide.) See also Aligner, Guide.
