Alignment-dissonance
The structural collision that arises when an efficiency-only Automation Platform meets a product line that is a complex adaptive system seeking adaptation. Manifests as local optimization paired with system-wide friction — agents that succeed at narrow part-pair coordination while the assemblage as a whole drifts away from the archetype it should be expressing. The diagnostic for whether a deployed agent system has lost contact with the behavior pattern of the whole. See also Automation Platform + Constructor Duality, Bounded-alignment, Change Capacity.
