The named senior leader accountable for the cultivation — typically a business unit president, chief strategy officer, or the CEO directly. Sponsors the Cultivation Charter, defends the cultivation budget, and represents the cultivation to the senior leadership team and the board. See also Senior Architect, Governance Team.
