Objectives and Key Results
In product line management we seek progress toward three objectives:
1. Improved Strategic Impact
2. Improved Competitive Position, and
3. Improved Cash Flow
Several measures or metrics may be used to judge improvement toward the objectives. And along the way there will be many milestones and desirable outcomes described as Key Results. The OKRs should match a product line’s strategy and embed into the product line roadmap.
