Archetype Entrepreneur
A leader drawn to large markets they can enter with an archetype new to that industry. Creates categories rather than operating them. The contrast role, the operator, defends and refines a model everyone already shares and wins by execution at the margins. Defined in Chapter 5; developed in Chapter 8.
