Change Capacity

The Constructor’s deliverable to the firm, and the Guide role’s KPI. The product line’s ability to adapt — to re-read the archetype-induced behavior pattern, re-think the assemblage, and move — as a complex adaptive system in an era of accelerating change. Change capacity is what bounded-alignment cannot produce on its own; it requires the human judgment and product-line-systems management that the Automation Platform cannot ship.
