Wrapper-Level

Operating around and across the entire Product Line Stack rather than inside a single chain-link. Constructors operate at the wrapper level; AI Enablers operate inside chain-links. The level distinction determines whether a system is a Constructor or an Enabler regardless of vendor labels. See also Constructor, AI Enabler.
