Business Model
One of the three corners of the Congruency Triangle. The line’s value intent: how the line means to fund the Archetype and turn its behavior into money. A business model is not a slide — it comes to life in the interplay among the firm’s functional chain-links. Congruence with the business model means alignment across all the links; the links must work together to do what the business model intends. The chain is where the business model lives, and where it gets read — chain-links are how the corner is measured, not a separate corner. Defined in Chapter 5; developed in Chapter 6.
