Product Line Congruency Theory
One of the two critical theories underpinning Winning the Race (Book 3), alongside Archetype Disruption Theory, and continuous with Racing Change. A product line system performs well only when its archetype, its business model, and its strategy agree — fit, not optimization. Incongruence shows up as strategic drift before it shows up as financial drift. One named theory, three application forms: Archetype Congruency (static, Chapter 5), Build Congruency (new lines, Chapter 5), and Congruency in motion (dynamic, Chapter 8). Spelled Congruency throughout. See also the three form entries, Archetype Disruption Theory.
